Products can be warrantied for a refund if there is a defect in the material or workmanship within 30 days. 

Items must be returned in new condition and packaged well for the return. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility. K & P Designs Crafts is not responsible for defects     resulting from misuse, neglect or             exposure to extremes in moisture,       temperature or humidity. 

Please notify K & P Designs Crafts right away if a product was damaged during shipping.
