Iroko and Oak hardwoods have been fused together to create these beautiful placemats and coasters. To retain there natural beauty while ensuring durability, the knots have been removed and the voids filled with food safe scratch & heat resistant resin prior to being finished. Small none slip gel feet have been fitted to the undersides and each piece has been treated with our handmade board conditioner a blend of food safe mineral oils and beeswax.
